*Return Policy*


We offer a 30-day return policy for both domestic and international orders. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. We may request photos or videos as evidence to support your return or refund application.


Refunds are only approved if the item has a major flaw or defect that was not disclosed in the original advertisement. We are not responsible for any damage caused to items after delivery. Return postage is typically paid by the buyer, unless the item has a major flaw that was not mentioned in the ad and you have sufficient evidence to support your claim.


*Shipping*


All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Once the tracking status is updated to "delivered," we consider the order finalised, and "item not received" claims are no longer accepted.

        - Regular Post: $14.50 AUD

        - Express Post: $18.50 AUD

    - Shipping charges:

        - Regular Post: $39.50 AUD

        - Express Post: $58 AUD
