30 day return policy for both domestic and international orders.

The returning items must be sent back in the original condition in order for a refund to be issued.

Photos or videos may be required as an evidence when applying for a return/refund

 

A return/refund is only approved if there is a major flaw/mistake with the item that has not been mentioned in the ad. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the buyer afterwards.

 

Return postage is paid by the buyer unless there is a major flaw with an item that has not been mentioned in the ad and the buyer has sufficient evidence to prove it.

 

All orders within Australia and overseas are posted by Australia Post with tracking. Once the tracking status is updated to 'delivered' then we will consider the order finalised and 'Item not received' claims are no longer approved.

 

Shipping: Postage within Australia is Approx 2-5 business days.

Handling Time: 2 business days.

Domestic Shipping Charges: 

Free shipping for orders over $150 AU Dollars

Regular Post - $14.50 AU up to $100 AU Dollars 

Express Post - $18.50 AU up to $100 AU Dollars

International Postage Approx 2-3 weeks.

International Shipping Charges:

Regular Post - $39.50 AU up to $100

Express Post - $58 AU
